All orders over £50 will include free delivery (Royal Mail tracked 48). We offer Royal Mail tracked 24 and Royal Mail tracked 48 and they take between 1-3 working days to arrive to you.

Shipping

We will do our absolute best to ensure orders being placed through AYĀ are packaged and shipped with care and efficiency. There may be shipping delays due to technical issues or incomplete address, so make sure you double check your address before placing an order.

Orders placed by 3pm will be dispatched on the same working day.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

We take care in ensuring that every order is carefully checked beforehand and packaged with care and attention to detail. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help message us via Instagram DM or by email thelabelaya@gmail.com.

We can not cancel an order once it has been placed.

An exchange is the same process as the refund. Contact us via Instagram or email and we can exchange for any in stock items as long as they are in resell able conditions.
