Delivery and shipping

All order over £50 will include free delivery (Royal mail tracked 48). We use Royal Mail tracked 24 and Royal Mail tracked 48 and they take 1-3 working days to arrive to you.

Shipping

We will do our absolute best to ensure orders being placed through AYĀ are packaged and shipped with care and efficiency. There may be shipping delays due to technical issues or in complete address, so make sure you double check your address before placing an order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If you select Royal Mail tracked 24 delivery service you will receive your AYĀ parcel within 1-2 working days.

If you select Royal Mail tracked 48 delivery service you will receive your AYĀ parcel within 2-3 working days.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the following working day, if there is no issues with your address.

Returns and Exchanges

At AYĀ every piece is thoughtfully designed, inspected and wrapped with care to reflect the quality and detail our brand stands for. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

we offer FREE exchanges at NO additional cost within a 7 day period.

The product will only be eligible for an exchange if it is in a condition where we can resell it.

  1. The product is not damaged.
  2. The product has not been washed / including the smell of perfume.
  3. If you have proof of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with AYĀ’s product we will give you a refund within the 7 day period. 

The product can only be returned within eligibility mentioned above. Your product will only be refunded and exchanged once it has been received by AYĀ and inspected to see if it is eligible for a return / exchange.

A return label will be provided. A return fee of £3 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of postage of sending the item back.
